The Bloomin' Beautiful Blackbutt Festival is a joint fundraising venture between the Bloomin' Beautiful Blackbutt Committee and the Blackbutt and Benarkin Garden Club to provide infrastructure and other benefits for communities of Blackbutt and Benarkin.
